Dan Gordon

Dan Gordon

Dan graduated from Ball State University and Harvard Law School. He is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Dan is also a member of the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and American Agricultural Law Association. Since 1996, he has prepared the updates for Indiana Estate Planning and Probate Practice published by Matthew Bender Co. Dan frequently speaks to public groups on estate planning topics and also has spoken to groups of life insurance agents, accountants, and lawyers as part of their professional continuing education programs.

With over 20 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and business organization and succession planning, he is well prepared to assist you in those areas. Dan resides in Wells County with his wife, Beth, and their five children.

Anthony (Tony) Crowell

Anthony (Tony) Crowell

Tony graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and School of Law at Indianapolis. He practiced law in Indianapolis until 1991 when he moved to Bluffton.

Tony's practice focuses on entity selection and formation (limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships), commercial law (contracts and business transactions), creditor's rights, commercial litigation, property tax abatement, and real estate matters. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Tony has spoken to local governing bodies on the issues and procedures involved in property tax abatement. He has been admitted to practice before all Indiana Courts and the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts in Indiana, as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Tony has praticed law for over 20 years and is prepared to assist you in any of these areas. Tony resides in Wells County with his three children.

Nicole Jones

Nicole Grose

Nicole graduated from Loyola University in Chicago, and Valparaiso University School of Law. She is licensed in all Indiana state courts and the federal courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Nicole has been practicing law for seven years with a focus on long-term care finanacing. She is President of the Bluffton Rotary Club, Secretary for the Board of Directors of the Ossian Development Corporation, a Committee member of Kehoe Park Summer Concert Series, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Caylor-Nickel Foundation. Nicole also volunteers with the Wells County Write-a-Will program, as a Teen Court judge, and as a classroom instructor for Junior Achievment.

Christy Baker

Christy Baker

Christy graduated from the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. She is licensed in Indiana state courts, in the federal court for the Northern District of Indiana, and in Ohio state courts.

Prior to working in our office, Christy worked as a trust officer at a small community bank in Berne, Indiana. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, long-term care planning, and real estate transactions. She is a member of the Adams County Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association. Christy serves as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of Adams County and is a member of the Bluffton Rotary Club.
