Matthew P. Hayes

Matt graduated from Wabash College and earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He joined the firm in 2014 and is currently one of the firm’s three owners. He previously worked for a law firm in Fort Wayne and served as a Law Clerk for the Allen County Superior Court.

Matt’s practice includes estate planning, estate and trust administration, business transactions, and real estate matters. He also helps clients understand Medicaid eligibility and guides them through the application process when long-term care is needed. Matt draws on his experience across these areas to help clients address a wide range of legal needs. Matt resides in Allen County with his wife and two daughters.
